How do you deal with stress?
If you’re like most people, you probably have your set ways. Some are healthy, like taking a day off or getting a massage, and some are not so healthy, like eating sweets, a container of ice cream or drinking too much. Sound familiar?
Now I would like to ask you a question. Do you feel any better afterwards? I'll bet you silently answered NO!
What if there was a way for you to reduce your stress and feel better afterwards. Would you be interested? Did I hear you just say YES?
It's something simple. Exercise. I bet you knew the answer all along! Exercise is one of the best ways to ease stress and anxiety while giving you a sense of confidence and mastery when other parts of your life feel out of control.
