You Choose

If you ask someone to choose between good health and bad health, they will choose good health. Wouldn't you? I know you just said YES. Didn't you? Of course you did. Good health would be my choice too. I'm not so different from you.

What if I told you it took two very easy steps to maintain a healthy fit body? Wow,only two things, that's not much. Exercise and a proper healthy diet. Whether you are 20 or 60 years old, your body can benefit from regular exercise and eating a well balanced diet. But, I'm not telling you anything you didn't already know. You knew that. Didn't you? You're exercising and eating right. Right? You're not. Why not?

How do you deal with stress?

If you’re like most people, you probably have your set ways. Some are healthy, like taking a day off or getting a massage, and some are not so healthy, like eating sweets, a container of ice cream or drinking too much. Sound familiar?

Now I would like to ask you a question. Do you feel any better afterwards? I'll bet you silently answered NO!

What if there was a way for you to reduce your stress and feel better afterwards. Would you be interested? Did I hear you just say YES?

It's something simple. Exercise. I bet you knew the answer all along! Exercise is one of the best ways to ease stress and anxiety while giving you a sense of confidence and mastery when other parts of your life feel out of control.
